What you can expect You assume functional and disciplinary leadership of the HR Controlling team.You hold group-wide responsibility for HR controlling for approximately 2,800 employees across 43 European entities, as well as for planning and managing a personnel cost budget of around EUR 240 million.You are responsible for all HR controlling and reporting activities in the context of M&A transactions and post-merger integration.You prepare HR-related monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.You lead international initiatives and projects, particularly focused on optimizing reporting processes and building modern BI dashboards.You are responsible for global guidelines for workforce cost and capacity planning and reporting.You continuously further develop group-wide PEX concepts and ensure their successful implementation.You assume group-wide responsibility for HR reporting, including ESG reporting.You act as an advisor and central interface for executives, group controlling, the works council, auditors, payroll and social security auditors, and external payroll providers.You work closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.10+ years of experience in healthcare communications, including program and team leadership.Extensive experience managing media at a German, European and international level and driving earned media and thought leadership programs.Digital communications expertise (5+ years preferred), including social, multimedia and analytics‑driven content. Proven success in global communications roles, ideally within pharma/biotech or regulated industries; Experience in applied science communications is highly desirable.Proven experience working in a global, highly matrixed environment, collaborating across regions and functions and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
